Privacy Policy
How RAILL collects, uses, shares, and protects information across the RAILL interface.
Effective July 15, 2026
About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how RAILL ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit RAILL, connect a wallet, launch or trade a token, use token chat, contact us, or otherwise interact with the RAILL interface and related services.
RAILL is responsible for information processed through services under its control. You can contact RAILL at a support contact published at launch.
The RAILL interface is noncustodial. RAILL does not control your wallet, hold your private keys or assets, or make private blockchain transactions for you.
Information we collect
The information RAILL collects depends on how you use the interface. A wallet address or blockchain transaction may be personal information when it can be associated with an identifiable person.
- Wallet and blockchain information, including public wallet addresses, wallet signatures, transaction hashes, token balances, smart contract interactions, liquidity positions, order activity, and other public onchain data.
- Content you submit, including token names, symbols, descriptions, images, social links, profile information, and wallet-signed chat messages.
- Communications you send to RAILL, including your email address and the contents of your request.
- Device and network information, including IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, requested pages, request timing, approximate location derived from IP address, and security or diagnostic events.
- Usage and analytics information about how the interface is accessed, navigated, and performs.
- Local preferences and connection data stored by your browser or wallet tools, including theme, interface settings, and wallet session state.
Sources of information
RAILL receives information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from public blockchain networks, and from service providers such as wallets, RPC providers, indexers, explorers, analytics services, and IPFS gateways.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve token discovery, launch, trading, liquidity, analytics, profile, order, and chat functionality.
- Connect wallets, verify wallet signatures, prepare transaction requests, and display public onchain activity.
- Process content you submit and moderate malicious links, spam, fraud, abuse, and prohibited activity.
- Respond to questions, support requests, disputes, and other communications.
- Monitor reliability, diagnose failures, measure performance, and understand how the interface is used.
- Protect RAILL, users, and the public from security threats, misuse, and unlawful activity.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce the Terms of Use.
Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, RAILL processes information as necessary to provide the services you request, for legitimate interests such as operating and securing the interface, with your consent where requested, and to comply with legal obligations.
You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed and may prevent certain features from working.
Blockchain information
Public blockchain networks are transparent by design. Transactions, wallet addresses, token activity, smart contract events, and related records may be permanently available through Stable Mainnet, nodes, explorers, indexers, and other independent services.
RAILL cannot edit, hide, reverse, or delete information recorded on a public blockchain. Disconnecting your wallet or making a privacy request does not remove prior onchain activity.
How we disclose information
RAILL does not sell personal information. RAILL may disclose information to vendors and infrastructure providers that support hosting, content delivery, security, analytics, wallet connectivity, blockchain access, indexing, storage, and market data.
These providers may include Cloudflare, Vercel, Reown, wallet providers, Stable Mainnet RPC services, Envio, Blockscout, IPFS gateways, and market data providers. They process information under their own terms and privacy policies or on behalf of RAILL.
RAILL may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or legal rights, to investigate abuse or security incidents, in connection with a business reorganization, or with your direction or consent.
Information you publish onchain or submit to public product surfaces may be visible to anyone.
Third-party services
Wallets, blockchain networks, smart contracts, protocols, websites, and other services available through or linked from RAILL are independent from RAILL. RAILL does not control their availability, security, or privacy practices.
Review the privacy terms of a third party before providing information or using its service.
Browser storage
RAILL and its wallet or infrastructure providers may use local storage, cookies, and similar browser technologies to remember preferences, maintain wallet sessions, protect the interface, and measure performance.
You can clear browser storage or adjust browser controls. Some settings may be lost and certain features may stop working. RAILL does not use personal information for targeted advertising.
Retention
RAILL retains offchain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the interface, maintain public product surfaces, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect security, and comply with law.
Retention periods vary by the type and purpose of the information. Public chat messages, token content, and operational records may remain available while the relevant product surface operates. Communications may be retained until the request is resolved and for a reasonable recordkeeping period.
Public blockchain and distributed storage records may persist indefinitely and are outside RAILL's control.
Security
RAILL uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect systems under its control. No internet service, wallet, smart contract, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Never send RAILL your private key, recovery phrase, password, or wallet credentials. If you believe your interaction with RAILL has created a security risk, contact a support contact published at launch.
International processing
RAILL and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws.
Where required, RAILL uses appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
Your rights and choices
To make a privacy request, email a support contact published at launch. Describe your request and the wallet address, email address, or other information needed to locate the relevant records. RAILL may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request.
RAILL will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. Rights may be limited where an exception applies, and RAILL cannot alter public blockchain records.
- Use public areas of the interface without connecting a wallet where wallet access is not required.
- Disconnect your wallet, clear local browser storage, and manage browser or wallet permissions.
- Avoid including personal information in token metadata, profile fields, public links, or chat messages.
- Depending on where you live, request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information held offchain.
- Object to or restrict certain processing and withdraw consent where those rights apply.
- Appeal a decision or complain to a data protection authority where applicable.
United States disclosures
RAILL does not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. RAILL does not knowingly use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under applicable United States state privacy laws.
Residents of certain states may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to appeal a denied request. Submit requests to a support contact published at launch.
Children
The interface is not directed to children, and RAILL does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information to RAILL, contact a support contact published at launch.
Policy changes
RAILL may update this policy as the interface, infrastructure, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes may be communicated through the interface or another appropriate channel.
Contact
Questions, privacy requests, and complaints may be sent to RAILL at a support contact published at launch.

Terms of Use
The conditions, responsibilities, and risks that apply when you access or use the RAILL interface.
Effective July 15, 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and RAILL ("we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of RAILL, the RAILL interface, and related features, content, and services.
By accessing or using the RAILL interface, connecting a wallet, or submitting a transaction through the interface, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use RAILL.
About RAILL
RAILL provides a software interface for discovering tokens and interacting with public blockchain networks, wallets, smart contracts, liquidity pools, and third-party services.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to RAILL at a support contact published at launch.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to accept these Terms, and be permitted to use RAILL under all laws that apply to you.
You may not use RAILL if you are subject to applicable sanctions, located in a jurisdiction where use is prohibited, or acting on behalf of a prohibited person or entity. You are responsible for determining whether your use is lawful.
RAILL may restrict or discontinue access where reasonably necessary for legal, security, operational, or risk reasons.
Noncustodial interface
RAILL is a noncustodial interface. RAILL does not hold your assets or private keys, control your wallet, execute transactions on your behalf, guarantee settlement, or have the ability to reverse a blockchain transaction.
RAILL is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, fiduciary, money transmitter, or financial institution. Nothing available through RAILL is financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.
Every transaction is initiated and authorized through your wallet. Smart contracts and blockchain networks, rather than RAILL, determine whether and how a transaction executes.
Wallets and account security
RAILL will never ask for your private key or recovery phrase. RAILL cannot restore a wallet, recover assets, cancel approvals, or assist with transactions signed through a compromised wallet.
- Protect your wallet, private keys, recovery phrase, devices, and authentication methods.
- Review transaction details, token addresses, approvals, fees, slippage, and network before signing.
- Use only wallets and devices you trust.
- Accept responsibility for activity authorized through your wallet, including unauthorized access caused by compromised credentials or devices.
Transactions
Before signing, you are responsible for reviewing every transaction and understanding its effects. Displayed quotes, prices, market capitalizations, fees, balances, simulations, and transaction outcomes are estimates and may be delayed, incomplete, or different from final execution.
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Transactions may fail, remain pending, execute at an unexpected price, or be reordered due to network conditions, liquidity, slippage, smart contract behavior, or third-party systems.
RAILL does not guarantee that a submitted transaction will be included, confirmed, completed, or completed within a particular time.
Token launches and content
You are solely responsible for tokens you create or promote and for names, symbols, descriptions, images, links, profile information, chat messages, and other content you submit.
You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for submitted content and that it is accurate, lawful, and not misleading. Token creation does not mean that RAILL has reviewed, sponsored, endorsed, or approved the token or its creator.
RAILL may hide, restrict, or remove offchain content from surfaces under its control when it violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, or interferes with the service.
Trading and liquidity
Tokens and liquidity positions available through RAILL may be volatile, experimental, illiquid, malicious, or worthless. Anyone may create or trade assets with similar names or symbols. Verify contract addresses before interacting.
Providing liquidity or placing a range or limit order may expose you to impermanent loss, price movement, partial execution, out-of-range positions, smart contract risk, and loss of principal.
RAILL does not guarantee liquidity, market depth, token value, graduation, order execution, counterparties, or the ability to exit a position.
Risk disclosures
You are responsible for your own research, risk assessment, and decisions. Only use assets you can afford to lose.
- You may lose some or all assets used through RAILL.
- Smart contracts may contain defects, vulnerabilities, or unexpected behavior.
- Wallets, RPC services, bridges, indexers, networks, price sources, and storage providers may fail or become unavailable.
- Market data may be inaccurate, delayed, manipulated, or incomplete.
- Tokens and transactions may have legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory consequences.
- Network upgrades, forks, congestion, reorganizations, or validator conduct may affect transactions and assets.
Fees and taxes
Transactions may incur network fees, protocol fees, liquidity costs, price impact, slippage, or third-party charges. Displayed estimates may differ from the final amount.
You are solely responsible for identifying, reporting, and paying taxes, duties, and other governmental charges arising from your use of RAILL.
Acceptable use
RAILL may investigate suspected misuse and cooperate with lawful requests. Offchain access or content may be restricted without limiting any other available right or remedy.
- Do not violate law, sanctions, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or the rights of others.
- Do not publish fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, illegal, or malicious token metadata, links, or messages.
- Do not interfere with the interface, bypass access controls, distribute malware, scrape abusively, or overload supporting infrastructure.
- Do not misrepresent affiliation with RAILL or use the interface to facilitate market manipulation, theft, or other unlawful conduct.
- Do not exploit vulnerabilities, manipulate displayed data, evade rate limits, or use automated systems in a manner that harms users or infrastructure.
- Do not use RAILL to launder funds, finance unlawful activity, defraud others, or conceal proceeds of crime.
Third-party services
RAILL connects to independent wallets, blockchain networks, smart contracts, bridges, liquidity protocols, RPC providers, indexers, explorers, data sources, storage systems, and websites. Their availability, accuracy, security, conduct, and terms are outside RAILL's control.
A link or integration does not mean that RAILL sponsors, controls, or endorses the third party. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms and policies.
Intellectual property
The RAILL interface, branding, design, documentation, and original software content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the interface for lawful purposes.
Except where separate open-source terms apply, you may not copy, modify, sell, sublicense, or create derivative commercial services from protected RAILL materials without permission.
Submitted content
You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. You grant RAILL a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, transmit, and moderate that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and promote the relevant RAILL features.
This license continues for content that remains on public blockchain networks, distributed storage, backups, or records reasonably retained for legal and security purposes.
Feedback
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you allow RAILL to use it without restriction or compensation. Do not submit confidential information as feedback.
Service availability
RAILL may add, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature or the interface at any time. RAILL does not guarantee continuous availability, compatibility with a wallet or network, preservation of offchain data, or advance notice of changes.
You remain able to interact directly with compatible public networks and smart contracts without the RAILL interface, subject to those systems and your own technical ability.
No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAILL is provided as available and without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory. RAILL disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, security, and uninterrupted operation.
RAILL does not warrant that tokens, content, data, smart contracts, transactions, or third-party services are accurate, legitimate, safe, complete, or free from defects.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAILL and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, loss of assets, failed or delayed transactions, smart contract defects, wallet compromise, network events, price movement, market manipulation, or third-party conduct.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of RAILL for claims arising from or relating to RAILL will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid directly to RAILL for use of the interface during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred United States dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RAILL and its service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of RAILL, your submitted content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or another person's rights.
Disputes
Before starting a formal claim relating to RAILL, you agree to contact us at a support contact published at launch and provide a reasonable description of the dispute. You and RAILL will attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Governing law and forum requirements will be determined by the laws applicable to RAILL and the dispute.
General terms
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience and do not change meaning.
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without RAILL's consent. RAILL may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset transfer, or operation of the service.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and RAILL concerning the interface, except where additional terms are presented for a specific feature.
Changes to these Terms
RAILL may update these Terms as the interface, risks, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes may be communicated through the interface or another appropriate channel.
Continued use after revised Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms for later activity. If you do not agree, stop using RAILL.
Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to RAILL at a support contact published at launch.
